In a fantasy land with adventurers and monsters, the times of fighting the demon lord or defeating an ancient threat have already passed and it’s now a modern world but with adventurers and magic still existing within society as fixers. An individual’s strength determines their social standing and the protagonist, named Lotus, inherited a large well of mana and a unique type of magic. After witnessing the abuse of power against his childhood friend without power, he rejects the tyranny of the strong and his inherited abilities, learning to bend and manipulate plants while attending university in the big city of Kaleido. He tries to blend into society as a middle-class student but when he gets involved with a terrorist organization trying to spark another war between realms, he must come to terms with his abilities to protect those dear to him.
