The hero’s name was Aigo Vortenas, the second son of King Mataram Vortenas. He would soon become the next king, ruling over the entire city of Vortenas.
The Devil King already knew that Hero Aigo would soon arrive in the Devil Kingdom’s territory. The Devil King restrained his Shadow Soldiers and halted his troops’ attack on Almis. Aigo, handsome and brave, spoke words that the Devil King couldn’t counter.

On the other hand, the people of Vortenas strongly disliked their new queen, wishing that Hero Aigo’s wife was Citra Lestari from the Kingdom of Monentum Lestari, famous for its hero who defeated the Devil King 400 times.
The people of Vortenas hoped that Citra Lestari would be Hero Aigo’s wife, but he rejected her due to her unpleasant attitude. Meanwhile, Almis, once an orphan, now became the wife of the Vortenas kingdom. Her selfless nature, always prioritizing others over herself, made Hero Aigo love her.
Almis, who had nothing, fell in love with Hero Aigo when he saved her life. Under the moonlight, Almis and Hero Aigo stood together on the palace roof, sharing a night together, not a romantic date, but a moment of mutual understanding and appreciation.
Their bond grew strong, making them an inseparable couple. As the crescent moon appeared from behind the clouds, and a shooting star fell from the sky, Almis and Aigo prayed that their relationship would remain untroubled.
Morning dawned, and the brightness awakened the sleeping couple, filling them with enthusiasm. The maids, or palace attendants, called out to the couple to join the royal family for breakfast. Almis, who woke up first, quickly showered and changed into attire suitable for a queen. However, she didn’t particularly enjoy wearing royal garments, so she opted for more ordinary clothing.
“Wake up, dear. Let’s eat breakfast together with the royal family,”
Aigo said, pulling Almis’ hand and causing her to tumble back onto the bed. Aigo swiftly wrapped his arms around Almis, holding her close. As their bodies touched, Almis’ heart began to pound rapidly.
Aigo, still shirtless, kissed Almis’ lips, and they quickly got out of bed. Almis, left speechless, couldn’t utter a word. She then brought Aigo the clothes he needed to wear.
Aigo wondered why his wife didn’t wear the attire befitting her status as queen. Almis explained that she preferred more ordinary clothing. Aigo didn’t mind, as nothing Almis wore could diminish his love for her.
