If the reader is curious about Robert's favorite cosplay maids, they would be from "Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama (He Is My Master)", which is a pretty old series, but an almost archetypical example of absurdly impractical anime maid uniforms. I don't doubt they're a significant reference for the design of 'maid cafe' uniforms in Japan.
I suppose it's hard to imagine being alright with 'disappearing' as Lydia is wanting to do, and easy to understand Tiana's dislike of it, but Lydia doesn't see it as disappearing. She sees that Robert is part of Tiana and believes she will have the same relationship. To put it another way, she's seeing it as no different from Tiana becoming a part of herself. And, if you think about it, that's exactly what would be the case.
In the end, it's mostly Tiana thinking of the other personas as separate people that is maintaining the situation as it is now.
