60 years ago there was an... anomaly, fifty-thousand people between the ages of 15-20 just went missing all at once. They seemed to have nothing in common, they came from different countries, backgrounds, economic statuses, race. the only thing they seemed to have in common was that in each of their rooms was a note that simply said "Congratulations Challenger!" law enforcement from all around the world could find nothing, no evidence was found anywhere; until 10 years later when one of the missing people was found. although he was covered in wounds and held physique incomparable to when he left; but more importantly he was raving mad, he started going off about another world, the media painted it as he was delusional from captivity so he was quickly dismissed as a victim. He soon became a predator however, he founded a major corporation and ran it beyond what was thought possible, he had a family and a son who later got married and gave him grandkids... then his son died, his wife soon to follow, and eventually all that was left was his grandson, me. After a tense departure I found out he died and left everything to me. in his will I found his secret message, and the other world was all real... and it was going to abduct more people 5 days after he died.
