With a bright white flash, Akira appeared in an icy cave that was almost exactly like the one he just left the only difference…
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Several large and hard-packed snowballs slammed into his body sending him sliding backward into the ice wall behind him.
“What the…” said Akira as he held up his shield to block the onslaught of hard-packed snowballs slamming into his body jarring him.
As he hunkered down behind his shield he looked over the top of the shield and saw what looked like half a dozen similar-looking Snowmen each sitting on top of a different large snow pile.
The attacking monsters looked just like snowmen that children built during the winter: three large snowballs, thick branches for arms, with sharp back coal eyes that glared at him. Their mouths were wide open showing sharp icy teeth as they let out loud screeching noises aimed at him.

The snowball attacks from the snowmen were causing minor damage to his armor and body, but the constant attacks could lead to a deadly situation if they continued to hit him. There was also the fact that the speed at which the Icy snowballs and the force they hit him with was enough to keep knocking him back.
When Akira had fully scoped out the enemy in the room he took a deep breath before he activated the skill [Shield Slam] tensing his large leg muscles before shooting away from the ice wall and charging at the nearest Snowman.
With his charging speed, he was able to dodge most of the snowball attacks allowing him enough momentum to slam into the snowman with a full-powered attack.
POOF!
The snowman he had plowed through was defeated so easily that it was turned into a lifeless snow pile.
“Weak,” said Akira as he looked down at the coal and wooden twigs in the pile of snow that had once been a snowman.
Thump! Thump!
In his few seconds of distraction, he was hit in the side, head, and chest knocking him over as several hard-packed snowballs slammed into him.
He was forced to weather a dozen attacks as he struggled to get back up onto his feet.
“These things are so fragile but their attacks kick like a mule,” muttered Akira as he rolled to the side dodging a second wave of snowballs. With the forward momentum of the roll, he was able to hop back up onto his feet dodging yet another wave of snowballs landing just behind him.
He was forced to continuously roll around to dodge the ranged attacks before being able to use his skill [Shield Slam] to rush forward closing the gap between him and the scattered Snowmen. He continued to defeat them one by one by charging right through them, turning them into small snow piles.
As the number of snowmen was cut down Akira noticed that the large snow piles which the remaining snowmen were standing on were slowly growing smaller as they shot off the hard-packed snowball attacks at him.
When Akira plowed through the last monster snowman, the snow pile it had been standing on was gone revealing the stone floor of the cave.
He stood above the last of the defeated snowmen as he gasped for air and ate a few blue candies to regain some energy. His movements were now hindered by the buildup of ice that had covered a large portion of his armor from the constant snowball attacks. It was not all that hard to break it off with his fist allowing him to recover his full range of movement.
Ding!

Trial completed!
Continue down the connected tunnel to reach the final trial! Chances of death 80%!
“What the heck are you making me do that has an 80% chance of death?” muttered Akira as he walked down the icy tunnel.
It took him nearly ten minutes to reach a large opening at the end of the tunnel and in those ten minutes, he had recovered most of his energy and stamina ready to face whatever deadly trial awaited him.
With a large breath in and out, he stepped into the last trial cavern.
Ding!

You have entered the [Frozen Roost]!
As he looked around he found that it was not much of a cavern, but more like a large Colosseum that was narrower at the bottom and widened outward the farther you went up.
There was no ceiling to the Colosseum, just the large open sky which allowed the snow from the raging blizzard to fall onto his face.
Carved into the walls of the large Colosseum were what looked like honeycombs, each of them was frozen over with a thick opaque layer of Ice. There were several hundreds, if not thousands of them from what Akira could see. Several ice pillars lined the walls in random positions all throughout the Colosseum.
“Is this the center of the ice mountain? It sure looks like… I hope I won’t be facing waves of monsters popping out of nowhere …” muttered Akira.
“ROAR!”
The loud echoing howl jerked Akira out of his thoughts as he looked up into the blurry blizzard sky to see a large White furred creature near the top of the Colosseum. It was hanging onto the icy wall with one arm as it let out several howls of challenge and beat its chest with its free fist.
“ROAR!”
With that last howl, it released its grip on the icy wall and dropped several hundreds of feet…
BOOM!
Snow and ice flew up into the air with a large impact at the center of the Colosseum blocking Akira’s view for a few seconds. When the snow and ice settled once again he was able to receive the information on the white-furred creature.
Ding!

Enraged Abominable Snowman Lvl – ??? : This ancient dungeon guardian was lured here and used to wreak havoc on an ancient demon clan as a form of revenge for the actions of their clan’s Hero who took part in the extermination of a secret sect’s members.
Akira was unsure why he was seeing such a detailed description of the dungeon guardian who was now standing in front of him some distance away.
The large white-furred dungeon guardian was far taller than Akira and had a cold mist that was emitting out of its body. A thick layer of ice was covering its chest and head forming a type of chest armor and a helmet. Its furry arms, legs, and neck were all unarmored.
A dark misty light covered Akira as he once again transformed into his werewolf form.
With his strength and defenses greatly boosted he summoned Nox 1 & 2 who silently jumped out of his shadow and appeared at his side.
‘Well… this guy looks troublesome…’ said Nox 1 as he looked at the large Dungeon guardian in front of them.
‘Are you sure we can beat this guy?’ asked Nox 2.
“I fought something like it before… but this guy is far bigger than that one. I guess we’ll never know unless we try!” said an unsure Akira.
Seeing Akira growing in height and summoning helpers the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] Beat his armored chest angrily and let out a ROAR.
‘I think he’s challenging us to a fight…’ said Nox 2.
‘I thought he was inviting us to have a warm drink…’ said Nox 1.
“Jump out of the way!” growled Akira before jumping back tens of feet. The two shadow wolves disappeared for a second as they jumped back towards Akira and hid in his shadow.
Fwoooooosh!
A large icy breath swept across the ground freezing the area they had been standing a moment before as the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] spewed out an icy stream from its mouth.
Enraged at missing the attack the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] eyes grew red as it slammed its chest with its fists.
A second later it launched itself through the air with its fists clasped together and raised above its head.
Akira rolled forward passing just under the Enraged Abominable Snowman and as he did, he activated the skill [Sword Slash] landing a solid hit on the large Dungeon guardian slicing into its unprotected legs and waist.
BAM!
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] slammed into the ground using its clasped fists to try and pulverize Akira but it only managed to create a large plume of snow and ice shards flying out from where it landed.
‘Oooo… if he receives a few more hits like that he won’t be able to be a father…” said Nox 2 looking at the fresh wound on the Dungeon guardian’s legs which had already frozen over and stopped bleeding.
Akira activated the skill [Shadow chains] while growling, “If you can chat then you aren’t fighting.”
‘Yeah, yeah, we understand… you only ever want us to fight…’ said Nox 1.
The shadow chains launched out from underneath the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] and bit into its arms and legs, freezing it in place and leaving its back wide open to Akira and the shadow wolves.
Akira launched a [Sword Slash] at its exposed legs aiming at the back of its knees causing a decent-sized bloody wound to appear for a second only for it to quickly freeze over stopping the blood.
Immediately after launching the attack he activated the skill [Shield Slam] and launched himself forward.
Nox 1&2 reached the trapped [Enraged Abominable Snowman] before Akira and lashed out with their claws and teeth digging into the white furry legs of the [Enraged Abominable Snowman].
Crack!
The four shadow chains snapped a few seconds later freeing the [Enraged Abominable Snowman]… only for Akira to slam into it from behind causing it to stumble forward on unsteady legs. Nox 1 & 2 were still latched onto its legs, tearing large chunks of fur and meat out of its legs while also gouging large bloody wounds with their claws.
Another blue [Sword Slash] shot forward as Akira activated the skill. It easily cut through the thin layer of bloody ice that was covering the already wounded back leg behind the knee. The blue crescent light cut even deeper before disappearing. The combined attacks caused the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] to fall to its knees.
Akira rushed forward to deal fatal damage with his sword…
Wham!
… instead, he received a direct hit from the [Enraged Abominable Snowman’s] arm that swung around and slammed into his chest sending him flying back into a snowbank tens of feet behind him burying him deep in the snow.
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] reached down and grabbed onto Nox 1 and 2 and tore them off of its legs. With great force, it slammed them into the icy floor in front of it.
“aruuuu…” Both of the shadow wolves let out whimpers of pain as their bodies bounced off the icy floor and landed a dozen feet away.
Akira escaped out of the snowbank and quickly hopped back up onto his feet before using the skill [Potty mouth], “Hey you *^$@ Eunuch! Get over here so I can finish the job I’ve already started!”
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] who was about to let out an Icy breath attack aimed at Nox 1 & 2 paused as it turned to look at the foul mouthed Akira. Its red eyes began to glow an even deeper red as it was enraged further when it somehow managed to understand what Akira had just said.
It slammed its chest with its large furred fists in anger before once again charging at Akira fully intent on tearing him apart.
Akira stood firm until the last possible moment before jumping to the side allowing the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] to pass him while he launched a [Sword Slash] at its unprotected waist.
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] continued its rage-filled charge forward and slammed into the icy wall dazing itself.
With this short time, Akira and Nox 1&2 were able to again hack away at the more vulnerable parts of the large dungeon guardian’s body.
“Let’s keep using this strategy!” growled Akira as he baited the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] with another [Potty mouth] attack as he positioned himself near another icy wall.
By using this strategy against the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] it was starting to look more and more ragged as it kept missing its wild charging attacks and slamming into the icy Colosseum walls. Akira and Nox 1 & 2 continued to focus the majority of their attacks on the [Enraged Abominable Snowman’s] legs and arms, severely wounding them after the repeated successful strikes that built up over time.
Around the tenth charging attack, an unexpected problem appeared. As Akira was jumping out of the way the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] launched itself into an odd belly flop directed right at the airborne Akira.
With no way to change his course, Akira angled his pointed armor knees and his sword at the incoming [Enraged Abominable Snowman] who belly-flopped on top of Akira.
“ROAR!”
Instead of a triumphant howl, it let out a long pained howl as Akira’s armored knee spikes pierced its groin. Akira’s sword which the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] landed on also pierced its furry groin area near its waist which was now gushing warm blood out all over Akira like a warm waterfall.
Nox 1&2 launched themselves onto the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] and bit into the side and back of its exposed neck tearing out chunks of fur, flesh, and muscle.
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] tore the two Shadow wolves off of his neck and threw them into the nearby icy wall.
As it was doing this Akira shoved his sword further into the groin area and activated the skill [Swords Slash].
Ding!

Critical hit! [Bisection activated]!
With the help of the [Sword Slash] skill, his sword sliced through the groin, muscle, and bone of the [Enraged Abominable Snowman’s] left leg severing it in one clean cut.
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman] let out a howl of pain as rolled off of Akira trying to distance himself from him.
As Akira was trying to stand back up he was instead forced to hastily roll to the side as the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] let out a stream of icy breath freezing the area all around him.
Akira’s legs were caught in the freezing breath attack freezing them together making it so he was unable to stand.
Both Akira and the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] were in a stalemate as they were both lying in the snow unable to stand up to continue the fight normally. Akira was forced to continue rolling around to escape the icy breath attacks.
But all hope was not lost as Akira was not alone, he had the help of both nox 1 & 2 who had already recovered from being slammed into the icy wall.
They launched themselves at the [Enraged Abominable Snowman] and finished the task they started by tearing through the [Enraged Abominable Snowman’s] neck muscle and reached its large neck bone which they bit into repeatedly and finally cracked and then broke it with their teeth paralyzing the large [Enraged Abominable Snowman].
While lying on the ground near the paralyzed [Enraged Abominable Snowman] Akira launched one last [Sword slash] at its severely damaged neck and … severed its head.
Ding!

Akira looked around for a reward chest and key to unlock it but found nothing… much to his disappointment.
The [Enraged Abominable Snowman’s] body slowly melted away and in its place, there was a crystal as large as his head. It was similar to the one he had seen back in the first mirror world.
It was glowing an icy blue and with each pulse of the blue light, it released a cold wave of energy around it.
… 20 Seconds!
Akira grabbed the crystal and scanned the area once more making sure there were no other dropped items.
… 15 Seconds.
With his quick scan, he was unable to find anything else so he inspected the large crystal in his hands.
[Ancient Crystal of Power: Created from a long forgotten ritual used to power special Rune Formations or secret Ancient Structures. It can give monsters special powers when swallowed… that is if they survive the massive amounts of energy radiating out of the crystal.]
… 5 seconds!
“This… reminds me of the slot in the large statue on Kodria’s castle’s roof,” muttered Akira as he remembered a slot that looked as if it was made for just an item like this.
