The Hotel Prosperity runs a new season every few years where the Dynasties from all over the galaxy congregate to find new marriages, new trade consessions and most importantly... they need to feed their egos with billions of 'likes' and new 'followers'. Each Dynasty competes in vertual games and simulators to earn Trade Points. What they do with those Trade Points is up to them.

Endarus Prime has been wrecked by a plauge, civil war and now with the loss of a massive portion of the planets food production gone due to an incompetant war lord and his nuke. The people of Endarus Prime are desperate. Desperate enough to finally put aside their pride and say goodbye to good-old Democracy. The Throar Dynasty is created and five of the best (looking) and brightest minds the planet can assemble are sent to Hotel Prosperity to secure a marriage and withthat trade consessions that will save their planet from starvation or conquest.

Lux is one of five people from their planet raised up to create the new Throar Dynasty. His wife and son were lost in the plague and now, for the good of his people, he must team up with his new 'siblings' to find a suitable marriage.
