In a world where humans live, there resides a world underneath the sea called " Mermaid's Ocean" where no one has ever ventured. That is until the day a mermaid and a human boy encounter on a stormy night.

This is the tale of Kazuto Nishizawa, a disabled junior high student who lives a monotonous life. He's an aspiring manga artist even though he has never published any manga before. Due to his handicap, he has social interaction issues. Out to look for inspiration for his upcoming manga, he encountered a stunning mermaid and his whole world crumbled. 

This is a story of a human who falls in love with a mermaid on a stormy night as he goes out to look for inspiration. Kazuto, having felt love for the first time, has never again encountered the mermaid after that stormy night. Will Kazuto ever meet the mermaid again? If so, what will it take to happen?
