After working for a while, we, Tact hand, Thane and I, finally finish and they tell me to go help others as they are working on something else together, so I just go outside to know if I can help with hunting when I spot a familiar big guy along with others
“Hey Aren! I forgot you guys were coming, sorry to not greet you” I say to the big guy who is now in front of me, sporting a great smile.
“We arrived long ago, but don’t worry, I saw you were working quite intensely so we just helped out with the wall’s construction and hunting” Says the Barbarian as he exhibits his muscles around.
“Oh, is that so, did Mayor Azalea come too?” I find the actions of the Barbarian amusing and asks curiously.
“No, she stayed at the village… it seems you made it, going through that place…” Says Aren as if he is measuring me.
“Yes, we made it” I nod at his words and smile back at him
“After the battle is over, I want to spar against you, it interests me what kind of strength you got after going through the Dungeon of Wishes” Says Aren while exuding fighting spirit through his eyes.
“I will accept it anytime~ Well I am off to work in hunting now, are you coming?”
“No, I am one of those who are helping with the wall” Says Aren while going to a different direction and says “I am off now. Oh, and kid, Azalea told me that you should go to the village once in a while to visit”
“Okay, I will go there” I say to the big guy while waving off and I start to hunt. We need provision for everyone and even more as the army is coming here, Kagito told me they should arrive soon, and it seems he wanted to get here fast too… I wonder if that was fear in his tone…
Well, anyways, as days go on and we worked, we finally get notified that the army is arriving. As they get near the sound of troops resounds through our surrounding, evidencing the huge quantity of them. We could catch sight that a group of people looks to be leading it. Eroda and I stay at the entrance to welcome them and the man who is in the front says.
“It has been a while Ardha”
“It sure has, Kagito.” I smile at the man in front of me, completely different from the pitiful state and ragged look he had when we first men, I move my hands to introduce him to Eroda, “This is Eroda, he is in charge of the village now”
“Hello, I am Kagito, a member of the Kaiser Guild. We came from the Kingdom and at our friend’s request”
“I am Eroda, Mayor of the village at the moment, I am grateful for your assistance and please come inside… but I think not everyone will fit in the Village” Says Eroda while glancing at the foot soldiers that are alongside them. An executive like woman appears in front of us as she says,
“There is no need, the Kingdom has supplied us with other things to camp around the village, me and the other commanders will go inside to talk about the preparations” Says Eliana in a composed manner
“Oh, that will help! Even so, I am sorry for this” Says Eroda while apologizing and makes a movement with his arm, “now let’s go inside” while signaling them to come in, the troops start making camps as if they are already used to it.
Inside the village we see that the others were waiting for us along with Aren, who represents Gardan’s platoon.
They greet each other and we enter inside the assembly hall, where everyone sits in a round table that can manage even more people. It seems they assemble everyone when something urgent happens, but it will be better for us to handle this matter, as the villagers were still working, and it seemed some of the troops will work on the wall too.
The one who started everything was Eliana who asks, “When is the estimation date for the enemies’ troops to arrive?”
“5 days if they go through smoothly, if not, 6 days” Answers Eroda and a new doubt appears.
“What do you mean by smoothly?” Asks Eliana while Aren and the others were asking the same question inside their heads.
“We have many capable trap makers who went to set them up in the meantime. This is to weaken them as much as possible” Answers Eroda
“Oh, is that so… and now, may I ask how many are going to battle? We brought 17000 soldiers, the majority are warriors, but we have Priest, Magicians and Archers too” Asks Eliana while also giving an estimate numbers of the quantity of people they have brought. I am amazed at the numbers but then I remember how many our opponents have. Of course, numbers don’t mean much if they have weaker soldiers, but that isn’t the case… and ours weren’t that strong either.
“We are a roughly 300 Barbarians; we were sent from Gardan Village to support the battleground” Says Aren with an impassive voice, assured of their power.
“Around 400 Villagers will fight, one of those is me. I am a Warlock” Says Eroda while revealing himself and his class.
At this, Eliana becomes thoughtful as she starts playing with her hair, twirling it, and asks “What is the specialty from your troops?”
“We are Blood Warriors by birth, some can do different thing but that is our main specialty, fighting” Answers Aren proudly.
“Almost anything, the apprentices have still much to learn but they should be able to manage magic and fighting skills, any of them can hold their own” At Eroda’s answer Eliana seems to be a bit puzzled and he continues to explain as he thinks it would be necessary.
“We are ‘Guardians’, or at least our three deceased comrades had that title. Thus, almost all of us have mastered our skills and gone beyond that. The ‘Apprentices’ have been training for years, almost everyone here are all-rounders, even those who specialize in something can fight normally in other areas”
“So, if the 400 of you fought against an army, how many enemy soldiers would you be able to take with you?”
“Depends, but I think we can defeat 4000 before suffering any loses” Says Eroda with a cold estimate, his attitude completely changing, his profile now has power and his words sinks heavily on our minds
All the commanders are surprised at the estimate, but Kagito, unfazed, says
“Our enemy has a total estimate of roughly 30000 troops” That quantity really hit us, I know about it and so does Eroda along with the others. If they are 20000 then winning wouldn’t really be much of a problem
“And we have a rough estimate of 17700” He says while he continues “But with these forces our power is as mighty as theirs” And he finishes with a serious expression, he had really changed, I just smile, and I take the word this time
“I have some kind of plan”
Everyone looks at me and I continue to tell them about it, time passes with us discussing it and soon we reach a rough sketch of the battle. It will be hard, but if we succeed in our roles then we will win for sure
Kagito, Eliana and the others went out to tell the other generals about the ‘plan’, Eroda too discussed it with the villager, the days are passing as we are now one day before the battle, it seems it will be broadcasted by Eliana’s point of view and the Enemy’s point of view.
As I am walking to meet the others, Thane and Tact Hand wave at me, and I go to see what they are calling me for. As I enter the store, what I see shocks me
There are sets of armor, weapons and a great shield too. They just smile. Thane starts speaking
“We made some things for you guys too, some are for your new comrades and I saw that one was a Gunslinger, so I made a set of guns with Tact here”
“Here, these are for you” Tact Hand hands me a leather set, then a chainmail along with armors and a sword which is pitch black. Runes ran through the body of the sword, as if they were shining on its black exterior. I have the feeling as if they were calling for me.
The Razer Set Defense: 150
Leather set made by a master craftsman, it has the properties of the Razer’s, which are High Ranked Demons from the Underworld. Thanks to the properties it gives bonuses if wearing the full set armor.

These are formidable Skills and I look at the equipment of the others, they are really impressing! My sight shifts to the two grinning people I have in front of me, feeling how my throats tighten up without being able to say anything.
“Those are Plate’s armors and weapon, but still, the latter is not as strong as the sword you are carrying on your back” Says Tact Hand while looking meaningfully at Dei.
“A Razer and a Brionac… Kid, you know some strong creatures. Even more, that Warlock became aware of my presence quite quickly” Says Dei aloud for them to hear too.
“The Shaping Sword…” Says Thane this time, a small gasp from him resounds, and quickly continues to shift his attention, “That leather armor has my powers in it too; these are your master’s last gifts”
“Thanks, Thane and Tact Hand” I say with gratitude towards them
“My name is Sublimus Dei and thanks too, my owner is still a weakling to fully use my powers yet” Says the Mighty Sword solemnly.
“Don’t be, we are just messengers. Now go with your friends, it is the last day before the battle and we must start getting ready for it too” Says Tact Hand while waving his hand to shoo me away.
“Okay, I will see you guys there” I say while waving off to them and go towards my friends who are waiting for me.
As I arrive Isa tells me I am late and get scolded for a bit. When she finishes, I give them the equipment that was given to me from the two master crafters.
When they check them, everyone has such a surprised look that I couldn’t control laughing out loud. Kagito seems to have a nice set with him along with the commanders.
…Maybe they got a Blacksmith for the Guild.
After the big surprise we start chatting along with Eliana and Kagito and a sudden question comes to my side.
“Hey Ardha, are you sure you don’t want to become the Guild Leader?” Asks me Eliana in a serious manner.
At this, everyone looks at me and I just answer with “I am sure, you two have been in charge of it by a long while, and many follow Kagito, there is also the fact that I am younger than you two who are already quite young, also, I will take it easy after this battle”
“But for being that young, you sure are composed about this” Says Arthur, one of the commanders of the Guild, with an inquiring look.
“I learnt to maintain my calm, but I am still inexperienced, and to start leading a Guild who already has some capable people and has more than 17000 members is something I cannot do on a whim”
‘Such a high opinion of us!’ Thought the commanders and Kagito. Eliana remains unfazed and sighs at my answer.
“But after this battle you guys will appear more often” Says Eliana and continues “I have already been asked for you guys in the TV Station”
“Oh, why didn’t you tell us that?” I ask a bit surprised and Kagito is the one to answer.
“We were unable to contact you for months inside the game; we thought you were really busy, so Eliana brushed them off”
“Yes, but I will have to ask of you to go once this matter is over” Says Eliana, seriousness in her expression.
“I can whenever you need me, and you guys?” I ask my group of friends, Peko and Zenith didn’t say anything as they know that what I am talking about didn’t concern them.
“I can go~ but it has to be a weekend” Says Arksen
“A weekend would be perfect for me too” Answers Isa
And then we look at Vladi, it seems she and Kagito are from the same city, but our cities are about 3-4 hours apart, and Eliana lives near Isa.
“I can go if it is a weekend…” Says Vladi at the sudden gaze from everyone.
“I can go too” Says Kagito.
“No, if you get interviewed you might make a royal mess” Says Eliana but in truth she considered it, he changes from one person to another depending on the situation
“Now that you say it…” And it seemed this guy just says that on impulse while thinking about it seriously.
“Hahahahaha” Everyone just starts laughing with that response of him
“Ohhh, the top 5 will be interviewed, that will be quite a sight to see… oh yeah! What kind of adventure did you have?” Asks Myriad, a female archer that is in charge of the long-range attackers
“That’s right, you were out of service for so long, I am curious” Says Kagito while Eliana shows a curious gaze.
I look at the others and I start talking as they don’t show any troubled expression
“Well, it will be quite long… but here we go” I start telling them about our adventure, about how did we get to the plains and the enemies we faced, our fight against John, the Armored Knight, Mader and our encounter with Gardan’s people along with Dei. They got pretty surprised when ‘he’ started talking too.
The hours pass as I tell them about our quests and the Dungeon of Wishes, until I get to that last part of the dungeon.
