Chapter 7: Buy and Sell (3)

Karas felt satisfied with the deal, 75,000 gis isn’t really that huge of a fortune, but, it’s definitely something that could help him a lot.

Since the business is concluded, Karas asked: “Can I have my money now?”

Roan didn’t even hesitate, and nods his head: “Sure.” Since the communicators are connected to one’s own bank account, it’s quite easy to transfer money from person to person.

Deals like this usually go with getting the package first before transferring the money, but for Roan, it’s merely a small fund, getting it scammed or not is up to Karas.

After a few seconds, Karas received the money: “Well, how do I sent it there?”

Roan chuckles: “I will send someone to pick it up there.”

Since Karas received his money, he already has funds to purchase more.

He chuckles: “Oh right, will you only be buying one?”

Roan’s eyes widened: “You have more?”

Karas nods his head: “Yeah, there are still twenty more.”

Roan and the others in the meeting room became speechless, still, they remained calm as he spoke: “I will purchase all of it.”

Karas nods his head: “Sure, just send the-“

He couldn’t even finish his words as the money was sent to him immediately: “A pleasure working with you.”

Karas replied, sending his address before turning off his communicator.

(AN: I would like to go and use Korean honorifics in this novel, well, no reason other than I like it here.)

Immediately, Karas made his way to the nearest bank, of course, to withdraw gis, he can’t really do a transaction with the system through an electrical bank.

As he arrived at the bank, he was greeted by looks of disgust, he didn’t mind though, even he himself doesn’t like his current looks, filled with sweat and wearing an average empire given orphan clothes.

They looked at Karas speechlessly as he simply took out so much, casually like its nothing.

“Maybe he’s actually a rich guy pretending to be an orphan?” One of the ladies spoke, watching Karas’s back as he made his way out.

It took him about two hours to go to the bank and home, with 175,000 gis on his backpack, he made his way home.

Then, soon as he arrived, he saw two vehicles in front of his house, one is a black truck. Then, the other one is a very expensive looking sports car.

(Note: There is no gas in this World, instead, every vehicle or technology is run by something called Energy Mineral.)

The vehicles are hovering a quarter meter above the ground.

When Karas arrived, a few people started to go out of the car: “Hello there.”

Zaran is the one that greeted him, beside him, Aira, the one that brought the bracelet to the meeting, the former chuckles: “Meet our newly promoted manager, Aira.”

Karas chuckles, he nods his head: “Well, should I invite you in?”

Zaran chuckles, he looked at the massive building and smiled: “Well, the least we could do is come and go right?”

Karas is living under the orphan supplied housing by the military, his room is basically two and a half meter long and a meter wide, it’s like a graveyard, a little larger though.

“Let your men follow me to get the things out,” Karas spoke and immediately entered the dorm.

As he spoke, he then walked and entered the dorm, eight properly built men followed.

“Wait here.” So soon as he arrives in front of his door, he stopped the men following him and entered alone.

As he entered: “Store.”

Immediately, he deposited the gis and purchased twenty more Ghost Sniper Rifle, he then thought of something and searched the armor options.

[Armor:
+Leather-Armor
+Heavy-Armor
+Light-Armor
+Armor Amplifiers]

He immediately clicked leather armor and assorted from lowest to highest, then clicked the rarity to only uncommon.

The cheapest one costs 1,899 points, it’s extremely expensive compared to the normal armors sold by any corporation, but then, it’s cheaper compared to those meant for VIPs that are sold for around 6,000 to 15,000 gis.

He decided to purchase one.

[Name: Lava Ant Armor (Leather-Armor)

Also, he tried to check the Armor Amplifiers and saw something interesting, the lowest price is actually 5,600 points!

He saw it and immediately purchased it.

[Name: Overcoat Light Defense (Body Armor)
Rarity: Rare

As he did, he immediately used it on the armor.

“Nice.” He immediately thought of selling it too.

Karas opened the door: “Gentlemen, please.” He waved his hand towards the sniper rifles and made them enter.

These men were quite shocked to see the long sniper rifles in the youth’s room, it had actually occupied 70% of the room, and that’s only 21 pieces!

The built men then came and took all of the sniper rifles out of his room.

Of course, the commotion hadn’t gone unheard, people started to come out of their room and what they saw are huge men carrying two to three very long black sacks.

“What’s happening over there?”

“Who lived there anyway?”

“Someone lived there?”

They spoke one after the other, some even didn’t know that there is actually a person that lived in the room, they had always thought that it’s a vacant one.

Karas sighed: “I really lived this kind of life before huh?”

He couldn’t help but lament, not their fault though, even an ugly fat joe like him could actually get a few friends, still, he was too proud of himself those times to approach anyone, hence, he merely go to school and go home after.

For normal students, they would at least, at the bare minimum try to talk to others for 5 minutes before going directly home, and that’s for the least sociable students.

Meanwhile, for him, he’ll just rush home, eat, then, immediately sleep.

His eyes then widened and remembered someone: “Right, Gary…”

Not much of a friend, they were part of the exiled military group, Gary was also the one that lead the exiled ones, he was a good leader until he died and was replaced by a stupid and selfish person.

“What was it again, the last thing he said…” Karas paused, he chuckled and sighed as he followed the men out.
