tale Of Epsilon – Chapter 180

Atumna and Alban knew how battle will keep on going as they are experienced battle-borns. They know what kind of things would happen and most of the time they would be right. Not only they earn lot of Ether Stones from these battles and betting system. Not to mention their job as Soul Ability Teachers. because of their experience they almost all time would be right to add and choose who are going to win most of the time People would not be able to clear many things if the things are not wrong.

Atumna and Alban regularly bet on these death matches and knew who are going to win. Right now they are both bet about One Void Stone. if they were to win they would take about twenty to thirty Void Stones just like that.

In the battle of Naligor and Alimor. they have bet on Naligor after some consideration. Just like as Epsilon himself. They have not lost their power and understanding of the battles.

Atumna started speaking.

“I believe he may find him but in the end. because of the his soul abilities. his energy would not be enough for him to take the Naligor out. We can clearly see that Naligor is not an battle-born mage and not good at close-combat. but in the end he still a lord-level mage and mages at these levels would have some sort of a type that they would be capable of using a close-combat situtation.”

Alban nodded and added.

“Yes I believe so too. even if he is not good at close-combat. every mage who is not good at close-combat have some sort of a “ability” or a spell of some kind that they can be used for most of the time if the need arises in the time of “close-combat” situtation. Which means that they would be not losing any kind of deal and so that they would not be losing their life.”

Alban and Atumna smiled and at that time they both looekd at right side of their place. Epsilon was sitting in the midle. left side on him the woman who have spoken to were sitting and right side on him. Atumna

Dear Readers. Scrapers have recently been devasting our views. At this rate, the site (creativenovels .com) might...let's just hope it doesn't come to that. If you are reading on a scraper site. Please don't.

At that time Atumna asked and noticed that he never have seen this man at all.

“Hey friend. who did you bet on.”

Atumna with his knowledge knew that the individiual beside him is a Human Race being and human race is a popular race and powerful race in the whole universe. their power of wanting Freedom and Malice towards to their enemies is thing to be scared of and most of them weird things even in the standards of universe. At the same time if he is capable of sitting in “Vip” section just after he have showed himself here. It means that he is must be a being with power or finances. Atumna have all the reasons to be good to him and speak him like a friend and equal or even thinking him a little bit higher than himself. As he believes that it would be best for him to think about these kind of things.

Epsilon looked at the octopus-like being and smiled. He then answered.

“Of course I have bet on “Naligor”

Atumna and Alban who have heard that human vip member and individual too bet on what they have bet nodded with smile. Not only this means that their thoughts are right. It is also means that other high-powered and high-backed individuals think like them. Basically they thought that if this human bet on what they have bet it is most likely that they are right on their choose. Of course they dont know Epsilon just bet for fun without too much of thinking with 30.000 Ether Stones which is not that much of thing.

Atumna asked again.

“May I ask why did you bet on Naligor but not Alimor.”

As Atumna and Alban wondering the answer of their question. Epsilon smiled. Atumna and Alban started thinking already.

Atumna thought. “He must knew and battle-born mage with many experiences and understand that in the end. Alimor will use many abilities to consume himself and will not have enough power to take on Naligor even if he finds him.”

Alban thought. “It is most likely that he knew that soul ability of Naligor is enough for him to hide him enough time so that the power would not be changed most of the time. It means that power and understanding of him pretty strong.”

Then Epsilon answered.

“Who knows. I believe mages have more chances and considering “Naligor” is summoner and assasin he would have better location advantage in thiis Ghost Town.”

After Alban and Atumna heard about the words of Epsilon they have remembered a battlefield from their past.

The farm field is littered with destruction, blood and bodies. Red, brown and black are the new colors of what was once a quiet farm field, which has now become the stage of a ruthless battle.

The air which would normally carry the sounds of birds, rivers and wildlife is now glowing red with fire and thick with smoke, ash and embers, enough to destroy whatever courage is left in the survivors.

An army of rebels and an army of warriors fight each other over a mere difference in lifestyle and belief, but it’s becoming clear which side will win. The dead of the losing side are spread around the farm field and the faces of the fighters are grim with gloom and strain, yet they fight on.

With a certainty of victory the winning side pushes on and on. Some have succumbed to rage and are frantically killing any enemy in sight, while others fight merely for the sake of survival.

The toll on both nature and humanity is devastating. It’ll likely take decades before this farm field will have recovered. It’s clear explosion holes, broken siege engines and rubble have taken the place of grass, grass and flowers.
