Chapter 15: The greatest rival

After feeling like she worked enough Violet decided it was time to go back home in case her mommy got worried for her; Elizabeth wasn’t opposed to that so the pair made their way out of the training area. Violet didn’t want to miss her bed time and she was getting a bit tired as well since she’d made so much progress!

Though only one of them walked out as Elizabeth instantly took advantage of Violet’s new size by wrapping her long arms around Violet’s waist. Lifting her up and storing her head between those massive fat mountains.

“You may be strong but you have short legs plus you look so cuddly fufufu~♡” <Elizabeth>

“Urarm.” <Violet>

So with that Violet had her ride to the exit.

As they came out they felt something (or someone) impossible to ignore – both Elizabeth & Violet found their eyes turned to look towards the left mature figure in the library. Long lilac hair fell down her back while a tri-cone hat with a large blue feather upon it rested atop her head. A warm welcoming smile was on her plump lips with her seemingly large eyes always remaining closed; her body was best described with the three letters ‘M’, ‘I’. ‘L’ & ‘F’. She even must’ve really liked swords as she had a total of three of them resting upon her waist.

Her outfit made her look exactly like a pirate yet she didn’t feel fierce but like a guiding light in the dark. To many she was exactly that.  The most impressive thing after those child birthing hips would be the constant aura around her that made everything in the world seem far more vibrant than it once was. Soon her calming but reassuring voice came out from her mouth and she faced Elizabeth.

“You did a good job over in {Orrid} by child; you should feel confident in the fact you did a good deed. Maybe you helped that little cow so much because you saw something similar in her situation to your own? Well it doesn’t matter. What matters is your actions so allow me to thank you on their behalf for now… As for you Violet… Well it’s a surprise seeing you here but a welcome one.” <Mother>

“Amum.” <Violet>

This was {The True God – Infinite Mother}. In other words, she was the public ruler of this world and beyond. If a {Mortal Realm} existed she was the absolute owner of it and all gods had to answer to her infinite might; in this regard she could be said to be the rival of Violet in more than a few ways. But to say they hated each other was far from the truth since they had a very good business relationship. The most awkward person here was actually Elizabeth who didn’t reply to Mother but instead looked off to the side and bit her lip.

Her previous outgoing nature vanished in an instant; Mother’s own kind smile turned a bit bitter but she said nothing as she wasn’t going to fix anything by outing her & her daughters issues. Even if Violet didn’t care too much about ‘all that nonsense’ she wouldn’t improve the situation of her daughter… Though if Mother was jealous of anyone’s ability to raise children it would be the demon ironically.

Something about that ‘I don’t care about the small details’ that allows her to be great at talking to – she’s blunt but sometimes that’s all that was needed. Shaking her head gently Mother turned her closed eyes to face Violet.

“I heard those insolent heretics have got uppish because you managed to finally pick up a hobby – I apologize. If I foresee this I would’ve up the date of the next demonic war so you could teach them a lesson by culling the foolish ones… Though I suppose that hardly matters for you since if you wanted to you would just destroy them all whether it’s the date to do that or not hohoho~!” <Mother>

“Mmm, kill them all. Already have all the Asura Hannya from out {Asura Yakuza} – be dead without me.” <Violet>

To this Mother would gently shake her head and let out a sigh.

“Unfortunately I can’t let you do that. Although I couldn’t care less if they actually all died and their process of cultivation ended once and for all… They make for a good enemy that keeps attention pointed outwards – although demons existence also aids with this the more enemies there are the more united mortals will be.

Though… I suppose you can go pretty wild. Just keep enough people alive that the sects won’t fall apart. That {Alloy Body Great Sect} is falling apart already and I doubt it’ll last over 500 years – with one Great sect falling into disrepair it’ll be troublesome for both you and me if any more sects disappear before the planned demonic invasion.” <Mother>

Violet tilted her head while her eyes were mostly focused on that overwhelmingly stacked breasticles which made it very clear where Elizabeth got it from. Probably only Oni’s could handle this woman’s bosom but she was also 7 foot tall – and as Violet looked at her she couldn’t help but look forward to when she was older. Maybe they could get into a different type of fight?

“Hm? That’s quite the gaze you have there… Well anyway I do intend to visit the Oni regardless since I need to take a break from the west; honestly having everyone fight around that tiny, unless country ruled by that dumb god of light. If he wasn’t such a good stepping stone for our little Eel Jr. I may have cut off more than just an arm after I got my sword from him. Can you believe that he thought just having my sword made me powerless hohoho~!” <Mother>

Mother lifted the back of her left hand to cover her mouth as she laughed.

With that Violet remembered that technically they weren’t in the same place but if Mother said she was making her way over it likely wouldn’t take too long so she just nodded along. Violet couldn’t help but look in Mother’s right hand that seemed to hold a simple book. She sensed very little profoundness from it though; considering who was reading it was her ‘rival’ though she of course gained a little interest. Sensing the gaze of the little girl Mother chuckled softly.

“Ah, this is just a simple story. It’s nothing profound but reading gets my mind off things for a bit and often can lead to me seeing things from different perspectives; to someone like you it matters little but for myself it’s quite important. I do have to deal with a lot of things I would typically see as stupid of overcomplicated as a {Primordial Divine Ancient Ocean Dragon} so I can understand where Atlas went wrong… I do not intend to follow Martial Uncles example though. I quite like not being stabbed in the back by friends and family hohoho~!” <Mother>

“Mmm…” <Violet>

“Ah, sorry, I forgot you were quite attached to Uncle Atlas as actual blood siblings weren’t you Violet. They were quite the strong person but no matter how strong one is there will be a day where constant pressure will break them – absolute power corrupts absolutely so I have Photon to watch over my shoulder and the {Heavenly Empress’} to pressure me into watching myself. While Atlas never gave up on his beliefs due to his powers it was my other Martial Aunts & Uncles who were overcome by their desires…

Unfortunately it was those who we cared for, those unafflicted by selfishness, which suffered the fall for them. At least you managed to show them a thing or two about being absolute hohoho~! Though if anything I am just angry I never got to wipe out the majority of them myself.” <Mother>

Before Violet could even wallow in sadness Mother quickly followed up to remind her that all those people that did her brother, father and everyone else wrong had long vanished into bloodmists. Bloody mists from her very own fists! Nodding to Mother a small smile appeared on Violet’s face while the {True God} just nodded back.

“It’s a good thing you don’t care about prefixes and all that because it would feel quite strange to call you little martial aunt… Though I suppose it is a very apt description of you now, is it not Violet? I’ll admit it will be far harder to cut you down with you being so down to the floor hohoho~!” <Mother>

“Hehehe~.” <Violet>

Violet giggles along with Mother and they seemed more like good colleagues than immortal enemies that had been sending their realms to fight against one another for literally millions of years. In fact, calling them colleagues seemed a bit of a lie since Violet’s brother and Mother’s parents were both friends in the past. Not only that but Mother’s father now worked for her as a Demon God!

Mother turned around and softly put the book down into its place before turning around to offer the tall and short pair another of her famous smiles.

“Now, you have a new material figure, Violet. You shouldn’t worry her by talking to this silly woman here so late. Also those two girls are getting antsy about you not coming back while also worrying if there are enough animals around for your little pet – Necrohamster is systematically putting itself on top of the food chain. One animal at a time hohoho~.” <Mother>

“Mhm~!” <Violet>

What else could Violet do but nod with a smile as she fell to the floor and scuttled out to catch up to her future consorts and favorite pet except maybe the 10 Tailed Fox Bloodleaf. Her {Demonic Champion}/{Hero} wasn’t as cute as Necrohamster though and she’s taken care of that little guy all her life unlike with Bloodleaf so he gets seniority bonus in the {Demon Realm}… The {Dragon-Slaying Blade – Sword God Emperor Bloodleaf} has had a difficult life.

Inside Mother just looked at Elizabeth while softly moving her left hand to ever so gently caress her as if afraid she would shatter at any moment.

“Why do you care so much now…” <Elizabeth>

“Don’t be silly – I’ve always cared and I hardly care about something as small as sexuality. In fact you should know very well that I’ve played around with that idea when I was young. While I didn’t commit to that path I do not intend to let you be burdened by such. I only sealed you away because you were too strong for your own good my little Lizzy… You had all three bloodlines inside you; letting you live with such unchecked power is akin to me watching my child die in front of me. I would rather you sleep for eternity to live your dreams than face the harsh reality of the situation and die like some Mortal before 300…” <Mother>

“Oh~♡ Is that so? You didn’t have the same issues with Akaibu – not to mention that ‘little experiment’ was ended with me so if you didn’t stick with it, it only makes sense you abandon everything that came with it, I couldn’t care less, it is clear you care far more for the {Mortal Realm} that you ever had me~!” <Elizabeth>

Mother simply shook her head with a sigh, her hand lifting off Elizabeth’s head but instead petted her head. That kind understanding smile never left her lips no matter how much she was yelled at.

“Akaibu is different from you. Jeeves’ variant of Indigo bloodline is… Unstable and monstrous. Although Violet is far stronger she has never been afraid of her own powers – before you bring up Munzumira her power was gained Systematically and carefully. It doesn’t help to control the power you hold; you should understand this.

Akaibu on the other hand is different – she wasn’t ‘born’ but ‘made’ by that Kaiser. Although I detest that insect she is good at what she does so with her powers and bloodline it acted as the perfect counter to any trouble her bloodlines could cause. It appears from my understanding that anytime mine as well as Violet’s Bloodlines create too much ‘Potential’ & ‘Absolute’ power she simply makes a new head. This is likely thanks to the traits of Munzumira being perfectly optimized by Kaiser’s bloodline to create ‘the perfect god for all three major realms’ so to say.

Well major realms as in {Mortal Realm}, {Demon Realm} and {Spirit World}; let’s not kid ourselves about the {Heavenly Realm} hohoho~!” <Mother>

Elizabeth just bit her lip softly but she didn’t do or say anything else.

Mother didn’t let the silence become uncomfortable for the girl though as she quickly turned around and picked up a book. Clearly giving the girl an out no matter what she chose to do at this point; she had said her piece and that’s all she could do for the girl. If she wished to talk she always left her mind open to the {Dreamscape} while if she never wished to approach she would just bother her some more till she felt like opening up~!

<Overwhelm them with tea and biscuits I believe I should call it hohoho~!>

Her master strategy for raising children… Which could be said to be the opposite of Violet’s.
