The journey to the border area of Pluto and Kharon is filled with great obstacles. However, it is apparently not because of the interference from Jupiter, yet due to the war.
“What is it that… block us in the front?…” Daphne squints to get a closer look at the scene she only watched on television all this time. “No way…”
“The soldiers are fighting against the enemies,” Mrs. Yalle whispers, horror goes across her face. “Can we pass through that area?”
Stairmount keeps staring ahead, towards the dangerous crowd, his mind is busy in deep thinking. The nearer they approach that crowd, the more horrible the scene appears. The soldiers fight each other and finish off their enemies brutally, without mercy. They can even watch clearly the scene showing many soldiers have fallen to the ground, dead from being shot.
“We won’t be able to pass it through.” Stairmount brakes the car. His eyes spin rapidly to the right and left. “We have to find another way…”
“But… on the left and right are all forest areas…”
Stairmount takes out his ultra-cyber minipad, and surveys the map of the area they are passing through at this moment. He bites his lip. It is true, their left and right sides are all full of dense forest bushes.
Daphne gawks. A huge thunder rocket suddenly appears, then fires at a terrifying speed. Seconds later, the gunfire hits the enemy soldiers, creating flames on the road.
“We can’t go through here!” Stairmount swerves. He immediately turns the car one hundred and eighty degrees. Unprepared for the sudden turn, Daphne and Mrs. Yalle quickly lose their balance it causes them to be slammed onto the car door even though they have their seat belts on.
“Aaawww!” Daphne has to hold on to the dashboard of the car to regain her balance, while Stairmount tries to bring the car back in the direction they have just come.
“The areas flanking us are all forest areas.” Stairmount keeps looking left and right. “Is that the only road that connects us to the border area of Pluto and Kharon?”
Stairmount’s eyes catch something. On the right side of the forest, there is a path that seems quite wide. It is possibly a path which connects with other paths and he can use it to achieve his goals… but it can also be a dead end. This will be a gamble.
Nevertheless, life cannot be separated from risk, from gambling. And taking risk means, they must be ready to gamble.
Biting his lip, Stairmount steers to the right. Directing the car to enter the dense forest.
The road they pass through is really rough and lopsided. The rugged waves of the road make the three of them have to hold on to the dashboards so as not to sway and be slammed. The road is also getting narrower from time to time. As if to show that this path will surely end in a stalemate.
“Hold tightly!” Stairmount shouts aloud. The path they are cross on suddenly takes them down a steep slope. The wheels of the car immediately roll faster than they should.
And bring them all the way to the road below with a loud slam.

“Whoooaaa!!!”
Daphne feels as if her whole body has been crushed into pieces. She is in so much pain, it is so hurtful she thinks all of her bones have been destructed. She gazes in horror at Stairmount. The young man is surprisingly still in an upright position, he is even capable to drive the car and follow the highway he has just got.
“Phew… luckily we manage to find another road to pass through.” Wiping his forehead, Stairmount breathes a sigh of relief.
Slowly, Daphne forces her shattered whole body to straighten up, she also corrects her sitting position. The road they are on right now is quiet and smooth, free from any soldiers and dangerous weapons.
Thirty minutes have passed without a hitch, Stairmount heaves a sigh of relief. “Thank God. This area is really sa…”
CLAAANNNKKK!
Daphne’s face turns pale. A greenish-electron bullet just hits the windshield of their car.

And not only one. A few more bullets have cracked the windshield. Although they can’t damage or even penetrate the windshield, but the presences of the bullets are indeed very scary.
Because, it turns out that they have just met again in the war area; in this area, the soldiers are shooting each other at a very far distance separating them so that each enemy cannot see the real figure of their enemy, and is susceptible to doing wrong shots.
Stairmount grits his teeth. They have no way out. “Watch out!” He exclaims. He steps on the rocket pedal, causing the car to accelerate at a very high speed abruptly.
Daphne grips the dashboard again tightly. Now she closes her eyes because the speed they are traveling is unusually fast. It must be very fast like a released rocket. That is why they can escape from the deadly gunfire.
“You know, I’ve tried my best to avoid the war area.” Stairmount opens his ultra-cyber minipad again and is busy fiddling with it when they have arrived at a safe and peaceful road, queueing for a red light. “Do I get the wrong data? But… how come…”
“Sir, the light has turned green.” Stairmount is so busy with his thought he then forgets to focus on the front. Daphne has to remind him.
“Ah, yes… thanks, Daphne!” Stairmount presses the rocket pedal, but because of in a hurry, he presses it too hard, and as the result, the car starts to shake again it makes Daphne and Mrs. Yalle have to hold on to something so as to keep themselves from being slammed.
“This is terrible! Are these the kinds of roads we have to pass through?!” Once more, they are passing the battlefield – but different from before, here the scenes are dominated by ruins and rubble. They can see the buildings which have become jet-black huge skeletons since it has been burnt down due to the shoot of gunfire, and the soil with some large, deep holes. Some rubbles still emit blackish ash smoke, a sign that it is just destructed not after a long time.
“This is also a battlefield?” Daphne mutters under her breath. “But… I don’t see any soldiers…”
A strange whistling sound emerges above their heads. Daphne looks heavenward. A missile appears from the sky and is now descending toward them at a horrific speed.
