TAEHYUNG’S POV Cont…
We got into our flight and settled into our seat. Our managers took care of the bags and made sure we were comfortable. No wonder we were loved by all the members, staff, guards and everyone who was with us ever since BigHit. Now we are under HYBE, but still our BigHit family is on toes whenever it’s us.
After we settled, I turned to Jimin, who seemed like he was thinking something. I poked his arm and he looked at me.
“Are you alright? What are you thinking?” I asked him and he shook his head.
“Taehyung-ah, don’t you find it weird. Jeongukk’s leaving and now we see him here suddenly so famous. Well, we didn’t even get a chance to meet him. But now he’s going somewhere else. We are going back to Korea. God knows if we will be able to meet him again.” Jimin said his words sounding very sad.
“Chimmy, I still remember us 3 running to Jin hyung’s restaurant for lunch during our breaks. And we were really lucky like we got each other as best friends. I miss those days. If he would have been there, he would debut with us and we who knows, our trio would have been performing at the concert for the last 4 days. It would have be fun.” I said resting my head back on my seat.
“I know, right!” Jimin said and we both smiled.
But there was a commotion again. Something had happened. We called our manager who was behind us to ask what was wrong.
“You guys don’t worry. He’s a famous singer from America. Unfortunately, a fan pretended to be on the team and tried to get close with him, but his manager is very smart. He immediately recognised and handed her over to the security. Luckily that boy didn’t get hurt or anything.” Manager Jung said to us.
It wasn’t long and we saw Jungkook entering in. We both looked at each other and smiled.
“Looks like, even the God can’t keep us away from each other, Chimmy.” I said to Jimin.
“You’re right, Taehyungie. After all we were best friends.” Chimmy said to me.
But all our hopes were crushed when Jungkook just walked past by us without even bothering to look at us.
