Principal Sun looked at Wu Yu Mei’s disappointed face proudly. It seemed like it was indeed Su Mian’s handwriting.
“How about it, student Su Mian? The evidence is clear, what else is there to say?” Principal Sun had originally wanted to deal with it lightly, yet because of Su Mian’s attitude just now, he had changed his mind and wanted to deal with it seriously.
The change in Principal Sun’s eyes did not escape Su Mian’s eyes. However, she had not done it, so naturally, she would be able to prove her innocence.
“I just want to ask you, Principal, if these words were not written by me, then would the person who wrote them be dealt with seriously? And will the person who fabricated rumours and reported me be dealt with seriously?” Su Mian definitely had to teach Zhang Yan Jie a lesson this time, otherwise she would always hide behind others and harm people.
Her questions rendered Principal Sun speechless. Su Mian was so sure that she did not write it. Sun Ying was the one who sent the note, surely it was not Sun Ying who wrote it?
“What? Does the principal not want to investigate properly and punish me before the evidence is confirmed?!” The light in Su Mian’s round eyes glinted like a sharp sword.
Seeing this, Principal Sun’s momentum was slightly stunted. He disliked this student even more. He softened his tone, “Of course not, a comrade will come from the police station in a while to make an appraisal!”
In this era, there were no surveillance systems nor mobile recordings and voice recordings. Everything was based entirely on analysis.
“No need. I have a method to find the person who wrote these characters in ten minutes.” Su Mian’s tone was very firm.
“Ten minutes? Student Su Mian, you said it yourself.” Principal Sun had never planned on actually inviting a comrade from the police station, so Su Mian naturally saved him a lot of trouble by saying this.
“Su Mian, are you certain there is no need to ask a comrade from the police station for help?” Wu Yu Mei was worried that Su Mian would not be able to get rid of her charges and end up dirtying her record.
“Chinese teacher, it would be a bad influence on the school to ask a comrade from the police station to come over for such a trivial matter. When the time comes, it would be fine if everyone was asked to be a witness.” Su Mian’s heart was clear like a mirror and did not worry about their little tricks at all.
Su Mian led the principal and Chinese teacher to the class. The entire class was silent. After Su Mian and Li Ya Jun had been called away, the class had been talking about them.
Now, everyone more or less knew what was going on and were waiting to see Su Mian’s scene. Unexpectedly, Su Mian had brought the principal and the Chinese teacher.
Su Mian walked directly to Zhang Yan Jie’s seat.
Zhang Yan Jie immediately became alert, “You, what do you want?”
Su Mian pointed at Zhang Yan Jie, “It’s her. I will find the evidence for you now, so please make sure she does not stop me.”
Wu Yu Mei called Zhang Yan Jie to stand aside. Su Mian took out the note and after a while, she found the remaining half of the torn page in a notebook. She aligned the note to it and it fit completely, every jagged edge matching up.
Zhang Yan Jie’s expression changed instantly and she grabbed Wu Yu Mei, begging, “Teacher, it really was not me who wrote it, Su Mian is accusing me!”
“What did you write? Did I say you wrote anything?”
When Zhang Yan Jie realised she said something wrong, she immediately put on a pitiful expression and her eyes reddened, “Teacher Wu, the handwriting on the paper is clearly Su Mian’s and it really has nothing to do with me!”
“It’s mine? Are you sure?” Su Mian turned around and pulled out her own notebook and opened it to a random page. “I wrote this recently. My handwriting that you imitated, I don’t know when I have ever written it like that!”
The handwriting in Su Mian’s book was vigorous and powerful, not like the delicate pen style of a girl at all.
