Gu De Shou used Zhuang Mama to force her to marry Si Zheng Ting. She has done everything he asked her to, but until now, he hasn’t given her any news about Zhuang Mama.
Zhuang Nai Nai had sent him messages after messages, but Gu De Shou keeps skirting around the matter.

Zhuang Nai Nai really wants to know where her mother is.
“Bring Mr. Si back home with you. Both of you have been married for a while now, yet he has never visited our home.”
Bring Si Zheng Ting? Zhuang Nai Nai narrows her eyes. What are they trying to do? “Si Zheng Ting is busy, he has no time.”
Gu De Shou’s becomes deeper, “No matter how busy he is, he should at least has time to eat with his in-laws, right?”
Zhuang Nai Nai smiles, “In-laws? Do you think Si Zheng Ting will care about his in-laws? I don’t have the guts to ask for anything. Mr. Si has always been cold to me. If you really want to eat with him, call him yourself!”
Gu De Shou chokes a little, “This child! What are you saying? If he is busy, then never mind!”
Zhuang Nai Nai ends the call.
Ignoring her tired body, she rushes to the bathroom for a quick bath before putting on her clothes. The moment she is done preparing herself, the door of the bedroom is pushed open.
Si Zheng Ting, still in his bathrobe, walks in, carrying a tray containing a bowl of porridge and a couple of buns. When he sees her, he freezes a little.
“I have something to do, I will go out for a while,” Zhuang Nai Nai says.
He grabs her hand when she walks past him. She looks at him in surprise.
“Eat first before leaving,” Si Zheng Ting says while looking at her.
Zhuang Nai Nai really wants to go to the Gu Residence to ask about her mother. Since Gu De Shou sent her that message, that means that he might actually tell her something.
But when faced with Si Zheng Ting’s earnest eyes, she cannot bring herself to say anything.
She sits in a nearby coffee table and starts eating quickly. After a couple of spoonful of porridge and a couple of bites of buns, she gets up, ready to leave. It is then that she sees Si Zheng Ting walking out of the walk-in-wardrobe, fully-dressed.
Zhuang Nai Nai stares at him, stunned, “You are also going out?”
Although today is Saturday, it is not weird for Si Zheng Ting to go to work.
“Let me send you,” Si Zheng Ting unexpectedly says. He has that no-nonsense kind of tone.
But really? He wants to send her?
After thinking for a moment, Zhuang Nai Nai decides to fess up, “Gu De Shou called me and told me to go back home.”
Si Zheng Ting glances at her, not saying a single word, before going downstairs.
