chapter – 155 – Stone Golem Factory Ensures

On a rocky stone island in one dimension, crow-looking humanoids were working hard and in another dimension far away, Epsilon was filled with happy emotions just looking at them. In the last many minutes, he watched the Crowia race work on simple things such as building houses and structures of different units that needed to be prepared for a race to settle down and bring some system in place. They were like his children but the emotion was stronger because having a child was not the same as creating one.

The Stone Golem Factory-1 ensured the Crowia race a daily income of 100 Ether Stones. Even one Ether Stone was enough for most of the daily necessities. It was good for them to understand this. The most problematic thing for them would be how to build and begin forming relationships. This was also the most important aspect for any being to grow.

Of course, they may have ideas of their own to form a social structure for their race but everything seemed fine for the time being. If only humans were like this and had harmonious connections within their race. For a race, understanding each other and realizing that only by uniting together they would have more power and a better chance at thriving and making an impact on the world was eventually the most vital truth.

Once his thoughts had turned around a couple of times, Epsilon did not mind the Crowia people anymore and stopped watching them. He prepared himself breakfast and some tea. He took his things outside and started eating and drinking again.

Having completed some big projects back to back, for the time being he did not have much to occupy him. Hence, he thought to spend some leisure time.

“After I finish my food and tea, I should improvize the drones and create more of them.” Epsilon thought in his mind while sipping on the warm tea.

Since the thought had already intruded in his free time, he finished his food and started working on the drones. Revenge Gang, now aptly called Revenge Organization, was built by young people who did not see any good in human beings. In the recent past, the organization had started adding members and accumulating more power in their hands. The leader changed his name to Avalon for different reasons.

The members in Revenge had reached 500 already, which was a sizebale headcount. They were being paid with copper and silver coins. The monthly payment of all the members did not account for even 0.1 Ether Stone. With their resources that were around 3000 Ether Stones that they had received from Epsilon, they had started founding small organizations.

They were not organizations in the absolute sense but more like companies that paid taxes to Blue Tear City. The reason to establish these companies was simple. They were giving jobs to their organization members and also hiding their real purpose.

Revenge Gang had four different companies that were founded by Avalon himself using Epsilon’s resources. One of the companies, which was involved in food production, butchery and crops plantation, was called ‘R-Crop’. The second company, which took a logistical approach and tried to create roads and rent carriages to people who needed them, was called ‘R-Way’. The third company worked on bestiary research and created opportunities for information gathering. This was named ‘R-Formation’.

Finally, the one that can be regarded as the most promising company, and raked in profits was nothing but a primitive trading company. ‘R-Investing’ was a company that listed many other companies and allowed people and other beings of the race to buy the rights of the company or a percentage of it. R-Investing formed a bridge between the individual and the company they wanted to buy without directly naming it to the individual.

The company earned money from commissions that had been taken from buyers and sellers of the rights, or trading on the more commonly used term – ‘stocks’. Because of this new concept, in a very short period of time, R-Investing was already profitable, earning about 30 Ether Stones per day. About 20% of this were paid in taxes, bringing in a total net monthly income of 720 Ether Stones.

Compared to other companies, it created a decent profit for Avalon, which essentially meant for the Revenge organization.

Everything was going well and Avalon knew that in the end, the organization was getting bigger and stronger not because he was smarter and more knowledgeable than others but due to Epsilon’s funding. If not for the initial capital of 3000 Ether Stones, he had no way to make these things work this well, at least not in this short a duration.

Blue Tear City too was no fool. They had begun searching for information on R-Formation, R-Way, R-Crop and R-Investing. After some asking around, they learned that all the companies were connected to one person, a man called Eldrol. Eldrol had a reputation outside of their land. This gave them a sense of ease as they believed, he was just a businessman who built companies for profit.

People who truly knew Revenge, also knew this was fabricated information. There was no person called Eldrol. It was just an alias for Revenge. As the companies were small but effective, they did not attract Blue Tear City’s attention for too long. In the end, therefore, they did not search about the leader or the founder of these companies who funded them from the start. From their standpoint, these companies were not doing anything unusual or entered the market with a noteworthy sum of Ether Stones, such as 100,000 Ether Stones. If something like that were to happen, they would indeed not let go of their curiosity so easily.

The Revenge Organization also used R-Investing for money laundering. Some things could not be converted into funds and resources by legal means of the city. Some people hence were paying different commissions or direct payments to R-Investing to turn their black or illegal money into the company stocks so that they can sell the stocks of other companies to other individuals and the money would be legalized.

As a company, R-Investing did not care whether the money was black or white. They had the means to change it to many things such as buying resources or paying taxes.
