Epsilon wanted to use the Mobius Strip to gather the power of infinity. Right now, he did not know what kind of power the Mobius strip would give to him. The reasons why he chose some conceptual was fairly simple — it gave power. Also, the knowledge of conceptual things was limited to how much people discovered about them. This meant that Epsilon did not need to have much knowledge of the Mobius strip to increase its understanding.
The Mobius Strip symbolized many things. Everything it symbolized would increase the percentage of understanding the Mobius Strip, which was better than choosing one simple thing that required the constant, direct knowledge of the chosen matter. Epsilon knew about this as he read the book of Law and Law Power.
Once the information of the Mobius strip was completed, he started thinking and then chose the ‘manifestation’ and ‘materialization’ knowledge. For this, he would add the knowledge into the Mobius strip as it would have some correlation with materialization and manifestation, which will increase Epsilon’s own understanding of the strip.
In spiritualism, paranormal literature and some religions, materialization (or manifestation) is the creation or appearance of matter from unknown sources. The existence of materialization has not been confirmed by laboratory experiments. Numerous cases of fraudulent materialization demonstrations by mediums have been exposed.
In the early 20th century a series of exposures of fraudulent activity led to a decline of materialization séances. The poet Robert Browning and his wife Elizabeth attended a séance on July 23, 1855, in Ealing with the Rymers. During the séance, a spirit face materialized which Home claimed was the son of Browning who had died in infancy.
Browning seized the ‘materialization’ and discovered it to be the bare foot of Home. To make the deception worse, Browning had never lost a son in infancy. Browning’s son Robert in a letter to The Times, December 5, 1902, referred to the incident ‘Home was detected in a vulgar fraud’.
The British materialization medium Rosina Mary Showers was caught in many fraudulent séances throughout her career. In 1874 during a séance with Edward William Cox, a sitter looked into the cabinet and seized the spirit, the headdress fell off and was revealed to be Showers. Home held séances with William Crookes. It was alleged that a spirit called Katie King materialized, however, according to the author Walter Mann ‘Katie was a confederate introduced by Florrie Cook’. It was the easiest matter in the world to carry out this trick, since the room, described by Sir William as the ‘cabinet’, was Florrie Cook’s bedroom.
Frank Herne, a medium who formed a partnership with Charles Williams was repeatedly exposed in fraudulent materialization séances where he was caught pretending to be a spirit during a séance in Liverpool and was found ‘clothed in about two yards of stiffened muslin, wound round his head and hanging down as far as his thigh’. Florence Cook had been ‘trained in the arts of the séance’ by Herne and was repeatedly exposed as a fraudulent medium.
After some explanation about materialization as well as some examples from the history of Earth, Epsilon let out a cold breath and then activated the ‘Law of Mobius Strip’. With a whisper, the law was activated and Epsilon entered a deep dream, symboling the activation of his first law ever.
You force forward through the alluring portal hidden behind a waterfall. You’re immediately met by a captivating world. Light as a feather you gently float above the surface, hanging gently in the thick smog that fills the air. Immediately your mind begins to wonder what’s behind that hill or what lives atop that twisty tree.
Due to these dreadful surroundings, you feel slightly panicked as danger hides everywhere. This world was no easy undertaking, but for now, you should be able to handle it. In the far-off distance, you smell the sweet scents of the strangest creatures you could’ve imagined. While they seem curious and amicable, now would be the time to be very cautious. It’s clear there are chunky creatures, flying creatures, and what you think might be crawling creatures of some sort.
You’re glad you brought plenty of supplies as you began your life as a wanderer, explorer, and adventurer in this new world. But, with perseverance, a good sense of direction, and an eye for details, you know you can fulfill this opportunity with everything you have.
The city of Ironford was built at the borders of a murky swamp and was truly a state-of-the-art marvel. Its charm was matched by the backdrop of green, fertile fields that had helped shape the city into what it was today.
The materials these fields brought were of great importance, but they were also influential when it came to architectural designs as the vast majority of buildings had been built with an abundance of large windows to mimic the openness of fields.
The skyline was packed with similar skyscrapers and many showed their age and rich history. Employment was tremendous in Ironford and it had attracted a lot of attention. Various cultures left their mark not just on the city’s development, but also upon the city’s identity. What historically was a city of little diversity had grown into a fusion of everything and it was this that united the one million people to this day.
It was this multicultural identity that truly left its imprint. Hundreds of sandwich bars, diners and restaurants offered a plethora of culinary choices and those who felt hungry for something else could enjoy nature, theaters, art galleries or one of the many other recreational venues.
In the dream he had entered after activating his first law understanding, he had seen a different kind of realm, a dimension most likely and as the realm ended, the scenery changed into some form of a city that was named Ironford, the city itself was in the Murky Swamp and prioritized art above all else.
Epsilon took a deep breath and opened his status to see ‘Mobius Strip Law’ and what it offered to himself in terms of sheer magical energy and power.
