I felt satisfied, almost. There was only one thing missing, which was the Talent. I had no idea as to what a Talent was supposed to be.
Talents
This refers to one ability you may pick which will put you apart from anyone and everyone else. The Talent is the most ‘unique’ thing about you, because it is the one thing which you are free to decide for yourself. Talents can range from supernatural abilities, to simply possessing extra-ordinary skill in mundane tasks, or to a personal character quirk.
One thing. I could choose one thing to be my Talent, and this one thing could be anything? Anything conceivable? Why didn’t I just go ahead and make myself a literal walking god? Could I even do that?

I hit the yes button once more, and the version of myself that was in front of the mirror vanished, and it was replaced with someone that looked as though he just finished walking off a runway after an intense workout at the gym. I was taller now, and I possessed more muscle, not enough to be as bulky as a body-builder, but still enough to be clearly noticeable. My face was smooth, it possessed a bearded appeal to it now, and I would not have believed it were me if I wasn’t seeing it for myself.
Most noticeably for me, was the fact that my junk now felt significantly larger… and heavier.

Tempted as I was to play the role of a Knight in shining armor during the Medieval Age, I decided I was going to play as close to reality as possible. Which meant: –

In Catharsis Online, you may choose to be anything you want to be! The more specific the profession, and the more detailed you make it, the better it’ll be when you experience it.
This was the major reason I had decided to play this game in the first place. This – the option to be more than just a lousy waiter at a shitty restaurant owned by a rotund pig of a woman. Now, I could be anything – for the first time, even in a virtual world, the words, ‘you can be anything you want to be’ actually had weight.
