Si Zheng Ting is the type that never speaks while driving. Both of them have always remained quiet when they are in the car, so Zhuang Nai Nai really didn’t think that he would talk to her.
But, if she says that out loud, will he become unhappy?
She sighs. When the car stops, she steps out of the car with her head lowered, only to find out that they are not in the Si Manor. They are standing in front of a private restaurant.
She looks at Si Zheng Ting in confusion as he steps out of the car. A worker from the restaurant greets him respectfully, “Mr. Si.”
Si Zheng Ting walks forward without looking back.
Zhuang Nai Nai runs after him before asking him in a low voice, “Why are we here?”
Si Zheng Ting: …………….
He does not answer her question and continues walking forward.
The decoration of the restaurant is very simple in an elegant and refined manner. There is a bamboo bridge in the middle of the restraurant, with a little stream running underneath it. It is a very refreshing sight.
Although Si Zheng Ting’s pace is not very fast, his legs are long, so a single step from him is double of that of Zhuang Nai Nai’s. She can only jog after him pathetically.
As he walks, Si Zheng Ting’s steps unconsciously slow down and Zhuang Nai Nai finally manages to catch up to him while sighing in relief.
After they enter a private room, Zhuang Nai Nai finally realizes that they are here to eat.
She gives him an apologetic look, “You are not full, yet? I’m sorry. The food in Gu Residence must not be up to your taste.”
Si Zheng Ting is too lazy to explain everything to her. The staff comes with the menu, “What would you like to have, Mr. Si?”
He flips through the menu before turning to Zhuang Nai Nai who is playing with her phone in boredom. He flings the menu to the table, “You take a look.”
Zhuang Nai Nai looks at him in surprise before pointing at herself in disbelief, “Me?”
Si Zheng Ting nods.
She looks through the menu and thought that every single dish sounds delicious, especially the desserts. She swallows heavily and cannot bring herself to choose even one dish.
With a bitter face, she respectfully returns the menu to Si Zheng Ting before saying, “It is up to you. I am okay with anything.”
If they come here in a group, ordering would be easier since they can choose more dishes. But since there are only the two of them, choosing one is really hard. Although this is a very rare chance to get treated to dinner by Si Zheng Ting, she cannot possibly pick 18 dishes just for the two of them.
In the midst of her dilemma, she sees Si Zheng Ting pointing at a couple of dishes on the menu, all of whom are Zhuang Nai Nai’s favorites.

Her eyes light up as an expression of pure bliss appears on her face.
After Si Zheng Ting finish ordering, he falls deep in his thoughts. Is he being pathetic? She doesn’t even like him, and yet he goes around doing everything to accommodate her.
She is hungry, so he brings her to dinner.
She likes to eat, so he orders all of her favourite dishes.
He narrows his eyes; but when he catches that pleased expression on Zhuang Nai Nai’s face, his mood automatically lifts up.
As long as she is happy…
He looks away and stares at the tabletop, the corner of his lips rising.
